Cleanroom fan filter unit (FFU) is an air self-cleaning device that is equipped with both a primary and high-efficiency two-stage filter device. The air intake comes through the fan top, and is filtered through the two stage filter device. Clean air is then sent out through the outlet.

The device can be installed indoors on the ceiling or mounted on a shelf. It can also be arranged in a single or multiple assembly lines, so that the purification level reaches class 100 according to different requirements. In addition, the FFU can also be used to supply air for the terminal in a clean room.

Features

1. Space-saving

The height is low, the space can be saved when the system is designed. It adopts the good quality aluminium alloy and makes by cold rolled steel with power coated. It applies to all manufacturer’s installation of Grid system and to change the size of FFU according to it.

The spread board is equipped inside, wind pressure is even. The efficiency of motor is high. The power-consuming is low, which can saveEnergy. The single motor provides three kinds of speed. The air speed and air flow can be adjusted according to practical condition.

4. Remote control system

Rely on computers, interfaces and repeater equipment, you can set up the LISA remote control system with 7905 set Fans. It has a series of automatic operation, control the Fan speed, setting the running time and when running error, it will send email automatic via remote software.

5. Use in series

Modularizing, assembling design, easy construction which can save the working time. It is much cheaper compared to civil design clean room and suitable for the revolving, the speed, the working time of hundreds or even thousands fans Convenient and fast.
