A Fan Filter Unit (FFU) is the core air filtration component in modern cleanroom systems. It combines a motorized fan and a HEPA filter into a single ceiling-mounted unit, delivering clean, filtered air directly into the cleanroom workspace below.
Our FFU is engineered for stable, uniform airflow with stepless speed control, ultra-low noise, and long-term reliability — tested individually to ISO 14644-1 before shipment.
A Fan Filter Unit draws air from the ceiling plenum, passes it through a HEPA filter rated at 99.99% efficiency @ 0.3μm, and delivers ultra-clean air into the cleanroom at a controlled, uniform velocity.
Multiple FFUs can be connected across a ceiling grid to form a complete laminar flow system, achieving Class 100 (ISO 5) cleanliness across large production areas. They are the preferred air filtration solution for pharmaceutical, semiconductor, medical device, and laboratory cleanrooms worldwide.
· Stepless Speed Control — Precise airflow adjustment with minimal vibration and noise for stable cleanroom conditions
· 99.99% HEPA Filtration — Rated at 0.3μm, ensuring reliable particle removal to meet ISO Class 5–8 requirements
· Direct-Drive Centrifugal Fan — High-performance motor with long service life and reduced mechanical wear
· Energy Efficient & Low Heat Output — Minimizes power consumption and heat load, maintaining stable cleanroom temperature
· Centralized Control Support — Multiple units can be managed from a single control system, reducing failure rates and operating costs
· Flexible Housing Materials — Available in stainless steel, aluminized zinc steel, or powder-coated cold-rolled steel
· ISO 14644-1 Tested — Each unit individually verified with particle counters before shipment

Can multiple FFUs be centrally controlled? Yes. Multiple FFUs can be connected to a centralized control system for unified airflow management across large cleanroom installations, reducing failure rates and simplifying operation.
What standard are FFUs tested to before shipment? Each unit is individually tested according to ISO 14644-1 using particle counters to verify filtration efficiency and airflow consistency.
Can you provide custom sizes or materials? Yes. We offer non-standard dimensions, airflow ratings, and housing materials based on your project requirements.
Is the FFU suitable for Class 100 cleanrooms? Yes. FFUs can be arranged in a ceiling grid to form Class 100 (ISO 5) ultra-clean production lines.
What is the standard power supply? 220V / 50Hz. Other voltage and frequency options are available upon request.
We supply FFU systems to pharmaceutical companies, electronics manufacturers, cleanroom contractors, and laboratory facilities worldwide. Standard models and custom configurations available.
