Mechanical Pass Box

Cleanroom pass box is a closed steel box with a double door used for transferring the material from nonsterile door to sterile door inside the clean room. People uses air showers to pass through into the clean room where material uses pass boxes to get into the clean room.

Cleanroom pass box is clean room equipment which is aim to provide a controlled environment to the clean room from airborne cross-contamination for a better research environment.

  • Adopt embedded gate, has a simple structure, maintenance and operation of convenient, high quality, beautiful appearance.
  • Work area with polish stainless steel plate which is more smooth and wear-resistant. The cabinet surface adopts cold rolled steel or stainless steel.
  • Doors in two sides with mechanical or electronic interlock device makes them can't be in the open state at the same time.

Operation and control
  1. When there’s no cargo transferring, in order to keep the space clean, the shower pass box would maintain the minimum showering.
  2. With electro-interlocking system, it can prevent the door from opening so as to avoid the contamination during showering.
  3. The showering time can be adjusted from 0~60 sec with the adjustable timer.
  4. When the power is shut down, the electro-interlocking system will be released.
  5. When one side of the door is opened, the buzzer and indicate light other side will be activated.
  6. High speed showering will be activated after the cargo is sent into the shower pass box with door closed.
  7. The sunk-in switch with transparent protective cover can prevent the switch from damaged.
