1. Preparation:

   • Open lid, remove drums, and fill water to high-level line (use distilled water).

2. Loading & Closing:

   • Place drum in container and close lid by turning the hand wheel clockwise. Do not overtighten to avoid gasket damage.

3. Setting Parameters:

4. Sterilization:

   • Autoclave will heat to target temperature and maintain sterilization time automatically.

5. Completion:
