Pass Box

Pass Box which is also called Transfer Hatch or Pass Through Box. It with interlocking function and works as a barrier, used for small things transfer between two clean areas which in same cleanliness, Thus reducing the frequency of opening doors and lower the risks of cleanroom contamination.

There are two types of pass boxes, one is Static Pass Box, another one is Dynamic Pass Box.

Dynamic Pass Box

Dynamic pass box is used for goods transfer between areas with different levels of cleanliness, Such as from an area of low cleanliness to an area of high cleanliness and vise-versa. Furthermore, dynamic Pass Box is an update version base on Static pass box. It with a small air shower system, use high speed air stream to clean the goods during it pass through the box.

Top air supply with H14 HEPA Filter (99.995%~99.999%@0.3um), reach up to ISO-5 (Class 100)
Double doors are Interlocking to prevent from cross-contamination
External flush surface and ace corner ensure no dust collection and easy cleaning
Dedicated sanitary rubber strip to ensure airtightness
Equipped with UV light
