2. Control Panel Instructions

AC FFU (Standard Speed Control)

Power connection: AC220V, 50Hz

Switch: Rocker switch (illuminates red when ON)

Speed adjustment: Rotary switch with 3 gears – High, Medium, Low

DC FFU (Advanced Digital Control)

The DC FFU control panel offers more precise speed regulation and communication functions:

Communication: RS485 bus (two pairs of 485 communication wires internally connected; supports daisy-chain wiring)

Start motor

Increase speed

Decrease speed

LED indicators:

Red LED → power indicator

Yellow LED (flashing) → normal communication and polling status

⚠️ Warning: Connect power as shown in the diagram. Use the international 3-pin / C13 inlet (AC220V, 50Hz). After turning on the rocker switch (red light on), rotate the speed dial to the desired gear.

3. Operation Instructions

Follow these steps to safely operate your FFU:

Connect power – AC220V, 50Hz.

Turn on the speed controller – Adjust to the desired airflow (high/medium/low or variable speed).

Confirm normal operation – Listen for unusual noise and feel for airflow.

Wait 3 minutes – Allow the FFU to stabilize before starting critical cleanroom work.
