Air showers are specialized enclosed antechambers which are incorporated as entryways of cleanroom and other controlled environments to reduce particle conatamination .Air showers utilize high-pressure,HEPA- or ULPA-filtered air to remove dust, fibrous lint and other contaminants from personnel or object surfaces. The forceful "cleansing" of surfaces prior to entering clean environments reduces the number of airborne particulates introduced

Operating principle The air blows out and goes through from pre-filter and static pressure box, and then after the HEPA filter, the clean air comes out from the nozzles. The return air with dust go back to pre-filter and then go through the cycle again.

Quality matetrial 1.Use high quality stainless steel 201, 304 or 316, wear-resisting ground steel plate, stainless steel nozzle, have good corrosion resistance and rust resistance. 2.Use transparent window and LED electronic lighting, better lighting and less energy.
