Standard air shower is an essential airlock purification equipment installed at the entrance of cleanrooms, constructed with high-strength powder-coated steel or stainless steel and equipped with dual-door electronic interlock system. It operates by emitting HEPA-filtered clean air (wind speed ≥20m/s) through 360° nozzle arrays, effectively removing ≥0.5μm particulate contaminants from personnel or materials within 12-20 seconds, with a dust removal efficiency ≥99.99%. The equipment complies with ISO 14644-3 and GMP certification standards, featuring standard functions including differential pressure display, adjustable air shower duration (10-99 seconds), and fault alarm system.
